Please review both laws linked above prior to submitting your request.
Submit a complete, accurate and notarized Tobacco Non-Payment Affidavit, along with the invoices that show the delinquent debt, to abcboard--enforcement@abc.alabama.gov within 15 days of the failure of all regular collection attempts.
If you submitted a Tobacco Non-Payment Affidavit and the debtor has satisfied the debt before the expiration of 3 days, you must notify us at abcboard--enforcement@abc.alabama.gov.
